What began as busking on a pedestrian bridge between classes evolved into Friday night gigs at the Taphouse in Federal Hill and other Providence hotspots for Kieran Hammond. As an Arts & Entertainment management major at Johnson & Wales, Kieran is getting a comprehensive look at what it takes to be a success in the music industry. With a soulful voice backed by acoustic guitar, his sound is reminiscent of The Lumineers, Noah Kahan, and Jason Mraz. Kieran’s eclectic music influences range from Frank Sinatra and The Beatles to Rex Orange County and Peter McPoland and just about everything in between.
